Kiddie Kapers Nursery is based in The Willow Centre which is shared with KCC staff, NHS staff and also has a community cafe.The rooms are well resourced and has the benefit of having a very large playground.Seating is available in the Cafe for staff to have their meals.There is an onsite teacher who oversees the preschool rooms.
The nursery has strong links with Ashford Oaks primary school. There are 5 training days a year. The nursery shuts down across the Christmas period.
The nursery runs for 50 weeks a year.
Overall purpose of job: To create a caring learning environment for children aged 0-5 years in which children can develop emotionally, socially and educationally through individual attention and group activities. To deputise for the Deputy Room Leader in their absence and assume the additional responsibilities this entails. To carry our all tasks required to enable the child to become confident and ready for school.
