There is also a focus on the best practice in supporting pupils organising knowledge as well ideas to support retrieval practice with strategies that can be used every day.

  • Identify the main features of knowledge organisers and how they should be used to support pupils learning.
  • Recognise the importance of fluency and how we can support pupils through Knowledge Organisers.
  • Understand the purpose of organising knowledge and give guidance to retrieval practice strategies within the classroom.
