Our data shows that the gender pay gap is not significant in The Education People as both of our mean gap is 7.3% and median gap is 1.0%. These are well below the reported national average of 8.3% (Office for National Statistics/Gender pay gap in the UK: 2022), especially the significant reduction of median gap from 6.6% last year to the 1.0% this year indicating that The Education People is serious on closing the gender pay gap. However, we are continuing to monitor the gap closely.

We are committed to paying employees equally for the same or equivalent work, regardless of gender, race, religion or belief, age, marriage or civil partnership, pregnancy or disability.
