Our data shows that the gender pay gap is not significant in TEP as both of our mean gap of 5.4% and median gap of 6.6% are well below the reported national average of 7.9% (Office for National Statistics/Gender pay gap in the UK: 2021). However, we are monitoring the gap closely.

We are committed to paying employees equally for the same or equivalent work, regardless of gender, race, religion or belief, age, marriage or civil partnership, pregnancy or disability.
