An E-learning module to support Early Years practitioners who have been out of the profession and are considering a return to the early years sector.
So that they can:
- consider the career choices available in the Early Years Sector
- identify the skills, knowledge and attributes required of an Early Years Practitioner
- understand the options available to help practitioners update their EYFS knowledge
- provide an understanding of interview preparation and the requirements of interview in the Early Years Sector.
