Early Years Practitioner - TN1 2SW - Closing Date - Ongoing

Little Pips Pre-school are looking for a Level 3 or above qualified early years practitioner for their Pre-school located in Tunbridge Wells town centre. The Early Years practitioner must be energetic, passionate and enthusiastic.
Little Pips pre-school is a family centred environment where all staff are appreciated and skills are identified. Little Pips provides childcare for children aged 2 – 4 years as well as operating a busy after school and holiday club.
The hours are 2 long days (8-5.30) and 2 short days (9-3). 46 weeks of the year. (Little Pips close 2 weeks at Easter, 2 weeks at Christmas and 2 weeks at the end of the summer holidays).
All applicants will be required to complete an enhanced DBS check.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver learning opportunities and exceptional care using high quality assessments.
• Have previous experience of working with children with SEN.
• Safeguard and promote the health, safety and welfare of children.
• Communicate with colleagues, parents/carers and other professionals to meet the individual needs of the children.
• Confident use of technology – we use an app for our plan / do / review cycles.
• Care and educating a small key group of children.
• Have a passion and knowledge of EYFS.
