Wellbeing and Involvement
Supporting children to have high levels of wellbeing and involvement will impact on other areas of learning and development and contribute to positive mental health in later years. The design of this training is based around the work of Professor Ferre Laevers of the University of Leuven in Belgium who has worked closely with Kent’s early years and childcare sector.
This full day early years training will help you to:
- identify the indicators and Leuven levels for wellbeing and involvement
- explore the 10 action points and how these can be used to improve outcomes in children’s personal, social and emotional development
- reflect on the quality of practice and environments in relation to children’s wellbeing and involvement.
Up to 25 delegates can attend this event.
