Emporium

Loan High Quality Equipment and Resources for Education and Childcare

Emporium is an educational resource loan service that provides quality play and learning resources to support high quality, stimulating learning environments in settings, schools and at home. Our main goal is to provide support in all areas of learning to improve children’s chances of achieving their full potential at the end of the Early Years Foundation Stage, in primary education and beyond.

Emporium is part of the Early Years and Childcare Service within The Education People. It is a unique service to Kent that has been operational since 1998 and was established to support quality and sustainability in early years and out of school settings.

Our resources are suited to children from birth to eleven years and are inclusive, supporting children with additional needs. Anyone can become a member of Emporium, from first-time parents to grandparents that want to purchase a subscription as a gift for their grandchildren, making Emporium a cost-effective way to access play and educative resources for children.
