Created by The Education People’s Early Years & Childcare Service, Threads of Success is a comprehensive suite of early years training courses,  resources and products that are designed to guide you on your journey to excellence in the sector.

Everything you will find within Threads of Success is carefully created and curated by our highly skilled and experienced team through their ten ‘threads’. Each thread is carefully built around a specific area and aims to provide you with the early years resources you need to set you up for success. Threads of Success is also intended for use to support early years and childcare professionals, with specialist training also available where needed, such as with early years special educational needs.

Support for Early Years & Childcare

We are also proud to deliver Kent County Council’s statutory early years and childcare responsibilities. With this, we work closely with a significant number of private, voluntary and independent nurseries, schools, academies, out of school providers and childminders in Kent, and beyond, all with the goal of providing only the best early years and childcare services.

Early Years & Childcare Funded Offer

The Kent County Council (KCC) funded offer via The Education People is available to providers of early years education and childcare within KCC’s geographical boundaries, provided you are registered with Ofsted or the Department for Education and/or with KCC to deliver Free Entitlement places. Those that qualify for our early years and childcare training include:

  • Private, voluntary and independent group providers
  • Out of school childcare providers
  • Eligible childminders
  • Schools and academies admitting children under four.

*Please note that non-eligible childminders can access some elements of the offer only.
