Secondary School Professional Development Package

Boost education outcomes and empower school and subject leaders through expert training and guidance with this comprehensive package.

The Secondary School Professional Development Package has been created by education experts specialising in secondary education. It is a unique two-part package combining online E-learning and *face-to-face support in a range of areas of school improvement and professional development (*please note the face-to-face support [four days of face-to-face consultancy] carries an additional charge on top of the price for the E-learning).

What is the Secondary School Professional Development Package?

The E-learning element of the package has been themed around Ofsted judgement areas, as well as an additional focus on SEND. Each E-learning module is a bitesize introduction to and overview of the theory and research which will support your school to achieve and be successful in line with the Ofsted judgement criteria.

We have an extensive and varied selection of courses on offer, covering a wide range of topics designed for staff members of all levels, from teachers to senior leaders. The courses are self-paced E-learning and provide each participant with a certificate of completion. Each module serves as an introduction to the core foundational knowledge in each area.

In addition to the E-learning element of the package, you also have the option to purchase *four days of face-to-face consultancy from an
in depth comprehensive list of support tailored to the needs and requirement of your school. (*Please note the face-to-face support [four days of face-to-face consultancy] carries an additional charge on top of the price for the E-learning).

Who is the Secondary School Professional Development Package for?

Each E-learning module would serve as a fantastic introduction to the topic. This could be a first task for someone new to role, or as an effective reminder/refresher for more experienced practitioners.

How might we use the Secondary School Professional Development Package?

We would recommend users undertook the E-learning modules suitable for their role and position which will then help to identify areas for further support. Our expert team will then be available to provide face-to-face bespoke support and training in these areas.

On purchasing the E-learning element of this package, we will contact you and can then tailor your package of *four face-to-face consultancy sessions according to your specific circumstance and requirements. (*Please note the face-to-face support [four days of face-to-face consultancy] carries an additional charge on top of the price for the E-learning).
