Thriving, Not Just Surviving! Small Schools Conference 2024

Brief Overview

Leading a small school demands an awful lot of us as school leaders. This conference is designed to focus on both the unique opportunities which the small school context allows, whilst also addressing some of its challenges. 

We are thrilled to have Julie Rees as our keynote speaker. Julie will inspire us to be Stress-Less Leaders, whilst a variety of workshops will enable delegates to take away creative and workable solutions to the curriculum, staffing and financial headaches that this context can present.

We are also delighted that Neil Short from the National Association of Small Schools (NASS) will be attending the conference.

Throughout the morning, time will be given for delegates to explore, discuss and network so that you leave feeling inspired and equipped to continue the greatest job of all.
