This course is an essential tool for assessing those individuals who may have been previously labelled as “not ready for work”. The Vocational Profile is one of the vital and pivotal stages of the Supported Employment process and focuses on the profile being a living, breathing document. The course will empower practitioners to ensure that the individuals are assessed in a holistic way. The course uses a range of methods for delivery.
