Brief overview

This session offers guidance to schools in understanding benchmarking, and looking at effective benchmarking practices. It will look at good practices and the potential financial risks. It will also advise how benchmarking is addressed in the financial controls and guidance outlined in the LA scheme, offering the opportunity for the school to review their own school's policy, and its effectiveness.

The session will also look at the tools and resources available to support with good benchmarking practices.
