The session is for Primary and Secondary Teachers in the early stages of their career. Specifically - ECTs and teachers up to 5 years from completing induction.
About Kristian Lasslett
Kristian is the Deputy Headteacher - SENCO at the Royal Harbour Academy. He has a wealth of experience in the educational field with various leadership roles over the past 15 years. His experiences include serving as Head of Science, Head of Year, Director of Learning, and SENCO. He has also been an Assistant Headteacher and Head of Site. Currently, he holds the position of Deputy Headteacher, with a specific focus on Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Pupil Premium. Kristian's diverse roles highlight his commitment to supporting students' educational journeys.
