Brief overview

The current Ofsted inspections are focused on the school's curriculum and how this is implemented in the classroom.

Working with an experienced trainer and other subject leaders, these half day workshops will equip you with the tools to help you to excel during an inspection.

Using specific questions asked of music subject leaders during inspections, you will build a bank of questions and answers to take back to school.

To understand the inspection process and how to provide the evidence required to meet the criteria in the Ofsted Inspection Framework.
To provide you with clear guidance to enable you to talk about your subject’s vision, intent, implementation and the impact of teaching.
To give you an opportunity to rehearse and refine your thinking and share ideas with other subject leaders.
To help you to structure and confidently lead the conversation with the inspector.
