  • Explain what intersectionality is and why it’s important to understand
  • Understand key concepts such as identity, power and privilege
  • Understand the impact of intersectional discrimination
  • Understand how to take an intersectional approach when working with people
  • Understanding what actions you can take to develop your allyship
