End of Key Stage 2 Statutory Assessment Arrangements

Brief overview

A one-day course to familiarise colleagues who are new or returning to teaching Year 6 with the end of Key Stage 2 statutory assessment arrangements. The course aims to provide information for teachers and colleagues who are unfamiliar with, or who have not recently administered, the end of Key Stage 2 statutory assessments.

Delegates should ensure they have access to:

• Teacher Assessment Frameworks at the end of Key Stage 2 for 2018/19 onwards.
• The 2024 reading, mathematics and grammar punctuation tests and mark schemes.
• Delegates may wish to have access to a sample of their pupils' evidence for writing to assist with group discussions.
