Brief overview

Working with an experienced trainer and other subject leaders, these half day workshops will equip you with the tools to help you to excel during an inspection.

Using specific questions asked of Art and Design subject leaders during inspections, you will build a bank of questions and answers to take back to school.

Learning outcomes

To understand the inspection process and how to provide the evidence required to meet the criteria in the Ofsted Inspection Framework.
To provide you with clear guidance to enable you to talk about your subject’s vision, intent, implementation and the impact of teaching.
To give you an opportunity to rehearse and refine your thinking and share ideas with other subject leaders.
To help you to structure and confidently lead the conversation with the inspector.
