An Insight into Leadership and Management

Brief overview

This three-hour workshop is designed for newly appointed, or aspiring, managers/room managers, or deputy managers, to equip you with essential leadership skills. Through practical exercises and discussions, you will gain an insight on how to promote high quality practice and fostering a positive inclusive environment for children and staff. By the end of the session, you will be more prepared to take on leadership roles and have more understanding of how you can influence practice in your early years provision.
