We can provide a Pupil Premium Review to help you evaluate the impact of your current provision to inform your Pupil Premium Strategy, identifying actions to improve outcomes and experiences for your disadvantaged pupils.

What's Included?

  • Practical advice and support to improve your school's practice in addressing the impact of socio-economic disadvantage for your pupils.

  • An experienced school improvement adviser will work alongside school leaders to review provision using an agreed selection of activities. These may include:
    • learning walks
    • book looks
    • review of school documentation
    • discussions with pupils, staff and governors.

  • The timetable of activities will be agreed before the school visit to meet the context and needs of the school.

  • The review will normally involve a full working day with leaders in school to identify strengths and next steps, providing a brief headline report.

  • An optional full report (half day) to provide leaders and governors with a detailed overview of the audit to support strategic action planning.
