Writing Your Pupil Premium Strategy

It is a condition of the Pupil Premium funding that schools publish their strategy plan by 31 December 2024 and that this strategy aligns with DfE requirements.

This recorded webinar offers guided support in writing your Pupil Premium strategy to align with DfE expectations. It will give you the opportunity to reflect on the challenges faced by your disadvantaged community and to write a strategy to raise attainment for these pupils. The webinar is suitable both for leaders who have a new responsibility for leading Pupil Premium and for more experienced leaders who would benefit from a refresher.

The course will support and enable you to:

  • Understand the requirements of the DfE guidance in writing your Pupil Premium Strategy
  • Review and evaluate the impact of your current pupil premium strategy;
  • Consider issues that are preventing your disadvantaged pupils from achieving;
  • Identify areas for development that lead to planned evidence-based actions to bring about change.
  • Support you to write your pupil premium strategy.
