This bitesize E-learning course provides an introduction to restorative conversations and the positive impact they have on pupils. This course is aimed at teaching assistants working in secondary schools.

Behaviour since the COVID-19 pandemic has arguably become more challenging resulting in disruption in the classroom. This course aims to provide teaching assistants with successful methods of how to respond constructively to these behaviour incidents, encourage young people to recognise their behaviour and subsequently move forward in a positive way.

By completing this E-learning course, learners should feel more confident when dealing with these challenging situations and will be able to successfully implement the wider behaviour policies of their school.

The Secondary School Improvement Team also offers bespoke support for schools. Please follow this link for further information.
