This service provides the academy with an experienced member of staff who will use the authorised budget to upload to the accounting package which includes the following:

• budget uploaded to the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA)
• budget fixed on the accounting package
• detailed report from the accounts package to evidence input.

Note:  Adequate detail and necessary security details must be made available in order to input and upload the budget in the required coding structure.

A list of any information required for the upload will be provided to the academy in a timely manner in order to complete the upload by the deadline date.
