Account permissions FAQ
All individuals will need to create an account with The Education People in order to be able to access and purchase products and services.
If you are based in a UK school you must create your account using your school email address and not a personal email address (eg school email: [email protected] and not: jblogs@hotmail, live, sky, bt etc).
The account will automatically be live once registered and the CPD Leader/Organisation Administrator will receive a notification regarding a new account set up.
Important information - if you leave the organisation your account with The Education People will need to be closed as you will no longer be a user within that school. You will need to download any certificates and keep a note of previous training - you will not be able to access your account once you have left the organisation. If you move to another school you will need to create an account using your new school email address.
