Kent Supported Employment - 100% SEQF Audit Result!

Kent Supported Employment within our Specialist Employment Service have, this week had their second audit for the Supported Employment Quality Framework (SEQF) to regulate the model fidelity of Supported Employment Services Nationally. Last year they scored the highest in the country with 98%.

The SEQF looks at products and services, business results and key performance indicators. There is growing pressure from employers and commissioners for employment services to demonstrate their quality in an independent and transparent way. The 2-day audit involves a team of two auditors going through the service's self-assessment evidence and reaching an independent judgement on service quality.

Services are rated as Excellent if they score above 90%, Good if they score 75-89%, and Accredited if they score 55-74%. The British Association of Supported Employment (BASE) will issue a kitemark in recognition.

We are pleased to announce that Kent Supported Employment have been awarded an amazing 100%, something never achieved by any other organisation. The full report will be available to read soon. This is a huge achievement for the whole team and highlights their professionalism and creativity in supporting students and jobseekers with disabilities to find and sustain paid employment.
