Brief overview

We know the value of good parental engagement and how, as early years professionals, actively involving parents in supporting their children’s learning and development at home, can have a positive effect on children’s outcomes and subsequent academic success. Join one of our workshops to reflect on how well we truly engage with all families and forge strong partnerships.  We will look at strategies to strengthen the work you already do, the benefits of strong home learning environments on children’s development and wellbeing, and discuss solutions to some of the barriers we may encounter.
