Brief overview

Supporting secondary aged pupils' social and emotional wellbeing using the Mainstream Core Standards.

This course will provide secondary school pastoral leads and their teams with advice, guidance and practical strategies to create a fully inclusive environment for their pupils with SEND.

Learning outcomes

  • Reflecting on the national and local SEND context.
  • Identifying your school context and your key areas of need.
  • Adapting the MCS to meet those needs in your school environment.
