The Education People's Supported Employment Service scored 'Excellent' in their last Supported Employment Quality Framework model fidelity audit. Our approach to employer engagement was highlighted in particular as demonstrating best practice. This workshop looks at the strategic overview for engaging with employers and looks at both the broad-brush and individual approaches. This one day training uses a wide range of delivery methods so that delegates feel confident when approaching employers.
