We can offer support to include:

• shortlisting
• meeting with the appointment panel
• interviewing
• attending the full governing body meeting prior to the first appointment panel meeting
• giving feedback to unsuccessful candidates
• ratification meeting
• any other support as required.

We are committed to supporting schools with the recruitment of new Headteachers.  Academies are welcome to purchase this offer and we will continue to fund the core aspects of the process until recruitment is complete for Kent maintained schools.

£330 per half day/twilight or £650 per whole day +VAT (if applicable)
