This webinar is for all schools and their staff who adhere to the Kent Scheme pay policy terms and conditions and apply their pay increases in April.
The attached Knowledge based Article and pay files are for schools who use Kent pay files (not Fringe). Kent County Council are retiring their Kent Range salaries scale as of 31/03/2025 so schools will need to make these changes in their MIS as a matter of importance.
Schools will be able to successfully manage the Kent range changes in SIMS and make the necessary changes to staff contracts as required.
To have an accurate personnel module in SIMS will ensure a correct School Workforce Census is submitted in November 2025 and that all data is held accurately.
