Arms starting to hurt in the stronger winds?  We’ll teach you how to use a harness and foot straps. This is the second part of the RYA Intermediate course, building on your skills to get the board planning.  Getting confident with your gybes and generally sorting things out; hopefully leading to the RYA Intermediate (planning) certificate.
