The Early Years and Childcare Service offer you the chance to have a bespoke strategic visit with one of our sector professionals to enhance specific elements of your provision and practice.  We have specialists who can support you in four key areas and visits can include, but are not limited to, the following:

Strategic Inclusion Visit – Our Strategic Equality and Inclusion visits are tailored to your specific priorities, to ensure your setting is fully inclusive, that you are able to identify and narrow attainment gaps for individuals or groups of children, and that you provide the opportunity for every one of your children to flourish and achieve their potential. The content will be your choice, and we can cover Equality and Diversity in the broadest sense (legislation, self-reflection, practice and provision), Communication and Language (exploring practice and provision, the learning environment, routines and staff interactions) or any other topic you feel you need support with, to ensure your children and families feel respected, valued and welcome.

Prior to the visit you will have the opportunity to engage in a professional dialogue to discuss the focus of the visit and to identify the intended outcomes.

Group settings:

• Virtual visit (1.5 hour) £145 +VAT
• Face to face visit (2 hour) £253 +VAT

Please note there is a 45p +VAT per mile charge on travel outside of Kent.
