The Specialist Employment Service (Kent Supported Employment) are here to support your business tap into a talent pool of people with disabilities that you may not have previously accessed. Our work involves listening to what you the employer needs in relation to skills and support and to make your business the best it can be.

We can support you to become a Disability Confident Leader in your work sector, deliver bespoke training packages to ensure all staff gain knowledge and confidence around disability.
