Group training takes place at your own setting or external venue of your choice, maximum of 25 delegates*.
Below is our price structure:
Face to face training:
Settings 2 hour course £314 +VAT, half day course £471 +VAT, full day course £725 +VAT
Childminders half day course £320 +VAT, full day course £494 +VAT.
*The maximum number of delegates for group training is 25. There will be a surcharge of £35 per delegate for half day, and £70 per delegate for full day for additional delegates. Some of our courses are restricted to 12 or 21 places which are advertised separately and cannot be expanded.
Please note, for outside of Kent, the pricing may differ. This is dependent upon:
- the location of the course
- if the course is delivered by more than one trainer
- if the expenses of the trainer will need to be covered (any accommodation requirements etc).

Three day programme: £840 +VAT
Five day programme: £1500 +VAT
Virtual Training:
Virtual training takes place mostly over Zoom, but also via Microsoft Teams and Go to Webinar – the delivery channel will be agreed at the time of booking. Therefore, to engage with any Early Years and Childcare Service virtual group training, you will need access to a device that can display the agreed software and where you can comfortably see, hear and interact with the trainer/s. If you are having to share a screen, we would recommend that a maximum of 8 people share a computer/laptop screen. If necessary, we can send you a recording of the training session for you to share with others that work at your setting, but this must be agreed in advance.
