Exciting CPD/Training News!

We have some exciting news regarding the future of our training!
We are currently working behind the scenes creating a new training platform. These changes will bring a much improved customer experience, with all training and services available to you on one site. These changes will take effect during July 2023.
We are hoping any disruption to you will be kept to an absolute minimum, but please do bear with us if there is an interruption or two to the normal service we provide.
Will I still be able to book training/courses?
CPD Online will still be available for booking courses up to the end of this academic year (July 2023). Term One courses (courses from September 2023 onwards) will be available to book on our new training platform hosted on The Education People website when it goes live - look out for further updates from us.
The following information will affect all training courses currently hosted through CPD Online.
What does that mean for me?
- No changes are required to your existing CPD account, this will be migrated across to the new platform.
- Your booking history (for the last three years) will also be migrated over and will be available to you in the My Account area.
- All training, including E-learning and recorded webinars will be available to access in one place.
Do I need to do anything?
Although training records for the last three years will be migrated across to the new system, unfortunately certificates will NOT be migrated over. If you wish to keep copies of any certificates or course materials you will need to access your current CPD account and download them by Friday 4 August 2023.
One of the biggest changes you will notice when the new training platform is available to you, is when booking a place on a course/conference - the booking will no longer need to be authorised by your CPD Leader, and providing there is availability, delegate bookings will automatically be confirmed. However, CPD Leaders will receive an email copy of any delegate confirmations and will be able to cancel a delegate booking if not deemed appropriate.
A FAQ and User Guide area will be available on the website when the training platform is live, and we will update you with further details over the coming weeks.
