This collaborative approach to school leadership will grow you as a professional and your school's capacity to improve. Participants will engage in five face to face sessions (bookable individually) spread across the academic year. To book a place on the remaining sessions please use the below links:

Learning Outcomes

Participants will engage in up to five face to face sessions spread across the academic year that provide them with the opportunity to learn and develop new skills and experiences through training, networking, and collaborative coaching activities. They will visit different settings, engage in group coaching and take part in ‘hot topic’ training sessions. It is recommended that participants attend all five sessions so that they benefit from the development of all the training and experiences offered.
