Brief overview

Transform Your School

Feeling overwhelmed by data, but unsure how to translate it into impactful change?

Implementation is a key aspect of what schools do to improve, but too often the who, why, where, when, and how are overlooked which can mean implementation risks becoming an ‘add on’ task expected to be tackled on top of the day-to-day work. As a result, projects initiated with the best of intentions can fade away as schools struggle to manage these competing priorities.

This one day workshop will offer practical insights to help school leaders plan for sustainable change that positively impact all pupils, particularly those from disadvantaged backgrounds. Drawing on the EEF’s tiered model and implementation reports, our improvement advisers will be on hand to support school leaders in determining how best to focus their time, effort, and resources.
