What are Ofsted looking for in personal development and how can exceptionality be achieved?

This course will identify and explore the key components of outstanding personal development provision. The self-evaluation tool provided as part of this session will support partipants in identifying their strengths and areas for development and enable them to demonstrate measurable impact through this aspect of their work.
