How we can support your ESL

• Offer guidance on good practice in teaching phonics, regardless of your
  phonics programme, to share with all practitioners at your school.
• Accompanying them on a learning walk and/or book scrutiny, to audit provision in phonics, reading or writing.
• Map the progression in your reading or writing curriculum.

We can provide training on aspects such as:

• improving spelling teaching and application
• developing grammar knowledge with teachers and/or teaching assistants
• reading and writing moderation - supporting the process at different points
  in the year

How we can support your MSL

• Accompany them on a learning walk and/or book scrutiny to review the effectiveness of your maths curriculum.
• Identify areas for development in subject and pedagogic knowledge.
• Analyse your assessment systems and processes, with vulnerable pupils
  particularly in mind.

We can provide training on aspects such as:

• using your scheme effectively to scaffold and stretch
• deepening reasoning through representation
• developing knowledge and understanding of bar modelling.
