Credits FAQ

• Credits are essentially vouchers that can be exchanged for products or services.
• Credits are an excellent way to assist with budgeting and can save your school money.
• Credits are either included in the Primary Core Support Package or can be purchased here or in bundles by contacting our Customer Services team.
• Credits can be purchased directly on the website: Credit Voucher Scheme.

The value of one credit is one pound (£1).

Credits can be used for all products and services from The Education People.

• Log into your account with The Education People.
• Go to My account (top right of the page)
• 'Your credit balance' is shown in a purple banner above the Welcome notice.

• Add your 7-digit DfE number in the voucher box at the point of checkout.
• The total will be reduced by your available credits; part payment is accepted.
• If you would like to use your credits to pay for a subscription please contact our Customer Services team.
