A workshop with Vanessa and Denise who are Eden Method Clinical Practitioners with over 45 years’ combined experience in wellbeing, social work and integrative therapies.  Discover techniques that can benefit the child and carer to find a sense of balance using simple tools to navigate life’s challenges; The Daily Energy Routine to music; 6 techniques for managing overwhelming emotions and restoring balance and breathwork meditation for relaxation.

A workshop with Victoria McCrea an experienced music therapist in the field of fostering and adverse childhood experiences. The aim of this presentation is to give you the chance to understand what exactly music therapy is, and how everyone in the network can equip themselves with music therapy skills regardless of musical ability. We will explore practical skills to assist with self-regulation, expressing emotions and relationship building.
