Brief Overview
This half day course is accredited by Mental Health First Aid England and is an introductory level course designed to introduce the idea of talking about mental health.
This will tackle stigma, empowering people to utilise the other initiatives and support programmes you have available in your organisation.
This course is suitable to all members of an organisation and ‘Mental HealthAware’ employees are a great additional resource to sit alongside accredited Mental Health First Aiders.
