This interactive session is part one of the delivery for the funded Department for Education and the Department of Health and Social Care project 'Wellbeing for Education Return' created for all schools and colleges across Kent. Adults, children and young people alike may have suffered with their mental health and wellbeing during this pandemic. This training will support staff working in schools and colleges to respond to the additional pressures some children, young people and staff may be feeling as a direct result of the pandemic. It will focus on developing whole school wellbeing approaches, the tools to build resilience and understanding the vital components of staff wellbeing at this time.
This train the trainer model of learning will provide delegates with the framework and models to be cascaded throughout schools and colleges.
