• Your allocated Lead Education Consultant, provided by The Education People, will offer assistance and professional guidance from the beginning of the process to successful appointment.
• The HR Consultant provided by HR Connect will assist the panel in developing the Job Description and Person Specification and offer guidance during the Shortlisting meeting.
• The HR administration team is committed to overseeing the entire interview management process.
• HR Consultant and Lead Education Consultant will attend the Initial Planning meeting and Shortlisting meeting.
• Participation of the Lead Education Consultant in the Selection process and decision-making for the appointment.
