Communication skills by age 11 - DW17
The Communication Skills by Age 11 follows the principles of the other Communication wheels, being split into eight sections covering four key areas of communication;
-Understanding and reasoning
-Sentence, structure and narrative.
One side covers what the child might be able to do by age 11, whilst the reverse looks at what teachers, parents and carers can do to support the child’s developing communication skills. This communication development wheel was produced with specialist teachers and therapists in Coventry & Warwickshire NHS.
