The Early Years and Childcare Service offer you the chance to have a bespoke strategic visit with one of our sector professionals to enhance specific elements of your provision and practice.  We have specialists who can support you in four key areas and visits can include, but are not limited to, the following:

Strategic Business Visit - that can be tailored to your individual business need. Your strategic visit could include advice and guidance on sustainability, marketing, financial planning/management and the support of committees. We offer a wide range of business and financial tools such as our scenario planning tool or our business review.

Prior to the visit you will have the opportunity to engage in a professional dialogue to discuss the focus of the visit and to identify the intended outcomes.

We also offer bespoke visits in the following areas:

• Strategic Improvement Visit
• Strategic Childminder Visit
• Strategic Inclusion Visit 

Pricing:

Below is guidance on the prices/durations of available visits.

Group settings:

• Virtual visit (1.5 hour) £145.00 +VAT
• Face to face visit (2 hour) £253.00 +VAT

Please note there is a 45p +VAT per mile charge on travel outside of Kent.
