What to expect in your second year of teaching.

A fantastic opportunity for primary and secondary NQTs to access workshops focussing on what to expect in your second year of teaching.

Our Annual NQT Conference is online for four days with a live 60-90 minute workshop at 2pm each day. The live workshops will cover subject areas such as staff wellbeing and the pressure to build the attainment gap as well as SEND and challenging the more able. At least a further four recorded workshops focusing on other hot topics will be available to view from 14 June. Further details of these will be published shortly.

Our keynote speaker, Vic Goddard, will deliver the first workshop of the week to open the conference. Vic Goddard, the Principal of Passmores Academy and star of the BAFTA nominated Channel 4 documentary Educating Essex, will be hosting a workshop sharing his approaches and wisdom on school leadership and facing challenges in your second year of teaching.

There will be four live sessions and at least four pre-recorded sessions which all booked and confirmed delegates will be given all links to.
