A basic overview of how to support people with disabilities entering the world of work. This course draws on TSI (Training in Systematic Instruction) to give staff a basic framework for providing professional support and creating a relationship so that learners have the best chance of success. Open discussions, group work, case studies and exercises will give frontline staff the skills they need to empower learners.
